How do I redeem my points?
In order to retrieve and apply rewards points, you must first be logged into the RBXActive.com account that you created. Please note that a minimum of 300 points and a maximum of 1,500 points can be redeemed per order.
Checking out on a desktop: When checking out, you will see the option to apply loyalty points underneath the box where you can input a discount code and your order total. There, you can select the amount of points you would like to apply.
Checking out on a mobile device: If you're using a mobile device to checkout, it may appear a bit different. The section to redeem your points will be at the very bottom of the screen, underneath the "Pay Now" button.
Checking out using Shop Pay: If you’re using the “Shop Pay” option, you will need to scroll down and select “check out as guest" on the check out screen. Once you select that option, you’ll be prompted to enter your information manually from there, and you should then see the toggle to apply your points.
If you're still having trouble, we also recommend trying a different browser as that sometimes does the trick.
