How can I cancel a return request?

Cancelling a return request can be done directly through your return confirmation. 

You can access this page through the original Return Confirmation email you received at the time of submission, by clicking the "view your return" button in that email. On the confirmation page, you will see the section to "Edit your return", under which you can select "Cancel Return".
